Today’s mail was a big surprise! A big ‘thank you’ to Laura of Hachette Australia who sent me a hardcover personalised autographed review copy of Whispers Underground by Ben Aaronovitch. Once read, this book will go on my trophy bookshelf.
I also received a hardcover copy of Margaret Atwood’s In Other Worlds: Margaret is one of science fiction’s leading ladies, having written iconic books like Handmaid’s Tale. I look forward to reading this treasure and -even though it’s not autographed – I’m sure this will also rest on my trophy shelf. :)_
Also arrived today, two more books I’m looking forward to reading: The Legacy of Lord Regret by Sam Bowring and Bridge of Swords by Duncan Lay.
After I’ve finished some more reading, I’ll start asking about interviews.
