Silly Illo artist Ian Gunn
Ian Gunn was an award-winning much-loved artist who lived and worked here in Melbourne. Cancer took him from us too soon, but he left behind a legacy that included lots of great illustrations. KRin Pender-Gunn, Ian’s widow, gave me permission to use the illos, but since moving to the website I’ve been perplexed as to how to make the most of these silly illos as a feature. I’m thinking random comics put up periodically will become a feature, as well as incorporating a few of the more topical silly illos into other specific posts.
