Competition closed: BatCat needs a name
UPDATE: it was too hard for me to choose so I deferred to Karin McLean, Batcat’s awesome creator. Even Karin had a difficult choice, but finally decided on Edgar Allen Purr with a Special Mention for Boris the Batcat. Both will get prizes. Now I have to organise the printing. Thank you to EVERYONE.
BatCat needs a name. Apparently BatCat is male.
The prize: printed copies of Dark Matter covers 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10, autographed if you wish. (Please note: I don’t own the rights to images used for issues 4, 5 and 6.)
All reasonable entries will be posted online with credit given.

You’re making this DIFFICULT. I might have to consult Karin, Batcat’s creator, once the competition closes.
One of the girls I work with suggested Salem 🙂
I still stick by Bruce though. lol.
Amanda’s suggestion: How about Sir BatCat or Nero?
I like “Boris the Batcat”. Boris is never bored BECAUSE he IS a Batcat. Boris likes tomato soup and watching art house films when nobody is watching. He likes sci-fi fantasy things and when he’s short for cash, he delivers singing telegrams on the odd occasion.
I am partial to naming him Zeke, short for Ezekiel & when you are mad you can over-emphasize”EZEKIEL DARK” and when happy maybe call him “Zekie?”
