I’ve been meaning to explore options to showcase photo albums in WordPress but today is the first time I’ve started playing around with the software to achieve this. Here are my photos from Armageddon 2012, I hope you enjoy!
Some people show real creativity and talent in their high-quality costumes while others choose to enjoy themselves wearing a bought costume. Costumes and geek tees add to the flavour, the experience of these geek conventions and expos, bringing colour and life to the event, making the attendees just as much a feature as the guests and artists. While I prefer to be behind the camera rather than in front, I love this aspect of geek culture. To me this is more individualised and creative than donning a football jersey and greasepaint to support your team 🙂
If you would like a photo tagged or removed, please comment below identifying the photo by its title and giving specifics – eg ‘IMG 111 is me, please remove the photo’ or ‘IMG222 that’s me and I’m cosplaying the Goblin King from Labyrinth‘. I will do my best to comply with all requests as soon as possible.
